Why Online Distance Learning?

• There may be periods when, as an employer, you are comfortable with allowing your employee(s) to devote time during working hours to their studies. However, due to unpredictable workloads and busy periods, this may not always be feasible. Therefore, enrolling your employee(s) onto courses that can be studied wherever or whenever is highly convenient.
• Employees may become stressed when they have to juggle challenging workloads and submitting assignments on time. This could lead to a loss of productivity and result in the employee underperforming on the course. That’s why studying a course that doesn’t impose assignment deadlines is beneficial. Your employee(s) can fully focus on their work in the knowledge that they can put maximum effort into their assignments when time eventually permits, either during less busy times at work or at home in their own time.

If you want your employee to complete their course in a certain timeframe, we are happy to inform your employee of what they would be expected to regularly achieve – in the form of an individual learning plan – to provide guidance on how they can reach the target.
