Stepping Into Management Within Engineering
This is a fully online distance learning programme designed to support engineers as they take on managerial responsibilities and lead teams, or have the aim of doing so. The official qualification you will receive at the end is an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management. All ILM qualifications are awarded by The City and Guilds of London Institute.
